The training activities promoted by the “Schools” project also included webinars: online seminars on topics of general interest for teachers at small schools.
The strategies and methods proposed during the webinars between the Movement’s schools, enabled researchers to identify the points of interest and potential effectiveness for the specific context of small schools if suitably arranged, in particular as regards the need for inclusion, recovery and attention to excellence that a multi-age classroom situation presents.
These webinars are reserved to members of the Community and are held periodically during the school year. Generally, the meetings are held by experts or Indire researchers and alternate in-depth examinations with discussion and exchange among those present.
